Our venue can accommodate up to 250 seated guests indoors. Additional seating for 80 guests outdoors on the covered patio. 

You will have full use of the facility for 15 hours on the day of your event (from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. Fri/Sat, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays)  Bar must close 30 minutes prior to departure and all guests must be off the premises by 12:30 a.m. on Fri/Sat, 10 p.m. Sunday.

Yes. These are vendors that we feel provide exceptional service, and in no event does Hidden Lake Ranch receive any fees/rebates/kick-backs for referring them, HLR is not responsible for performance of these vendors, these are just our recommendations.

No, but we do have a list of wonderful caterers we recommend.

There are great hotels  in Rockdale (10 minutes away) , visit their Chamber of Commerce site to view. More hotel options in Giddings (30 minutes away) visit their Chamber of Commerce site to view. We also would recommend these nearby AirBNB listings: Farmhouse and The Lodge

We provide (272) White Folding Chairs and (32) 60-inch round tables, (7) 8’x30” rectangle tables, and (6) 6’x30” rectangle tables.  We do have white linen available to rent for round tables, or client can provide.

Client is responsible for setup and breakdown all tables and chairs. We do offer setup and breakdown services for extra fee.

Yes, client is responsible for removing all trash and dispose in our dumpster provided behind catering loading dock. Trash cans are provided to use, clients must provide trash bags (55 gallon).

All tours must be scheduled, and you must be accompanied by staff while touring the venue.

A signed contract + 50% of rental price is required to reserve a date. Dates are only held with deposits, and on a first come first serve basis. The booking deposit is non-refundable after 3 days paid. 

The other 50% of rental is due 4 months prior to event date, and is non-refundable. 

You will be invoiced via email for each payment due.  A charge of $50 will be assessed for any check returned for insufficient funds.  Hidden Lake Ranch reserves the right to charge late fees for payments not made on time.

All deposits are non-refundable.  Only exceptions are in the event of a death of the bride or groom, or if the Venue incurs structural damages that cannot be repaired prior to the event.  Otherwise, there are NO refunds on deposits made to Hidden Lake Ranch.  We highly recommend purchasing Wedding Liability insurance for their guests/vendors as well as Wedding Cancellation Insurance to cover any unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the event from taking place (e.g. inclement weather, sickness, etc).  Please check with your insurance carrier for specific details on Wedding Liability/Cancellation Insurance.

With the weather in Central Texas, wedding planners will commonly say that you need to love your plan B!  Hidden Lake Ranch has a spacious large covered patio that is a possible Plan B depending on the kind of weather, or our indoor space is a great option as well. We also offer a large white enclosed tent that fits on the outdoor patio and is available to rent if needed. 

1-hour venue access for rehearsal is included, and can be scheduled 45 days prior to your event date (only based upon availability).

We do offer the option to rent the day before, if available, this will give you access to the venue at 12pm the day before to setup & decorate early, have a rehearsal, and a rehearsal dinner if you desire.

Hidden Lake Ranch requires the use of our in-house certified TABC Bartenders to serve at your wedding. We offer different bar packages to meet your budget & needs. 

You are allowed to provide all the alcohol for the bar, must be on premise by 12Noon and it all must be served by the in-house bartender. Guests may not bring their own alcohol. 

We provide reserved parking for wedding party. Designated all-weather parking area with soft lighting, with a minimum of 250 vehicles, with ADA spots close up to the venue. 

This is a NON-Smoking property.   Smoking is only allowed at the outdoor covered pavilion, NW of the venue. 

No, but we strongly encourage you to hire a "day-of-coordinator", or have someone who is extremely organized and familiar with weddings to help with logistics on the day of your wedding. 

Yes, we require our in-house security officer to be present at every event, securing the final 3-hours. The cost is $150, not included in rental. Upon request, you can add more coverage for a rate of $50/hour.
